Arrondissements of Marseille are missing in GeoNames.

I can send you a csv file with all postalcodes recent changes from LaPoste :
geonameid, name, insee, postalcode

and for searching names such as "La Membrolle-sur-Longuenée", don't forget to use UTF-8 encoding.

Where do your data come from ?
Please check your "list of cities not found in geonames"

Ex: La Membrolle-sur-Longuenée
can be found in geonames :

with correct zipcode : 49770

You may try this :

1. Download : http://download.geonames.org/export/dump/alternateNames.zip
2. Extract : alternateNames.txt
3. Filter lines that contains : "ru.wikipedia.org"
Linux = cat alternateNames.txt | grep ru.wikipedia.org

1/ retrieve lat and lng of the airport :
