Hello Marc,

2 regions of Tajikistan have merged in 1992:
* Kulyabskaya Oblast' (id 1221188 )
* Kurgan-Tyubinskaya Oblast' (id 1221159)

They now form the Viloyati Khatlon (id 1347488 ).

So the 2 former regions should be deleted, and all their dependencies moved under the Viloyati Khatlon.

Additionally, Dushanbe, the capital city, is independent (adm1). So a new adm1 should be created for it.

There is something wrong in GeoTree with Dushanbe adminCode1 :

The admin codes displayed by the web services are cached and it takes some time till the cache is updated.
