We have paid a pack to uses your service but it's seems some zipcode are not recognized.

01150 should return Sainte-Julie but nothing is found
[EDIT: This postal code is good, but see the last post for other missing postal code please]

There is a way to add missing postcode ?

This seems to works, but the name is listed as "Julie" and not Sainte-Julie.

On the free service, it's listed as "St-Julie" ("St" = "Sainte" in french)

This time, the french postal code 78111 is really missing, even from the free service.

The city should be "Mantes-la-ville"

How can we inject it into the professional version ?

For 01150 - Sainte-Julie I get this response by both free and commercial service:

For 78111 I am getting "Dammartin En Serve":
http://ws.geonames.org/postalCodeSearch?placename=78111&maxRows=10&style=full&country=FR

The same result is returned by the French Postal code service:
http://www.laposte.fr/Particulier/Utilisez-nos-outils-pratiques/Outils-et-documents/Trouvez-un-code-postal

The postal code was 78711 and not 78111.

So, 78711 should return Mantes-la-Ville

You find it on this site :

The French Overseas departments and territories have their own ISO country code. The service did not return them for the country code 'FR'. We have now changed this and the service returns the DOM postal codes for the local country code and the country code 'FR'.

I don't understand the problem with the other locations.

Ex:
http://ws.geonames.org/postalCodeSearch?placename=51600+grand&maxRows=10&style=full&country=FR

How exactly are you searching that you cannot find these records?

Two of them 69001 Lyon and 97421 LA RIVIERE have been missing and have been added. I don't understand why you don't find the other codes. They are available in the database.
How exactly are you searching that you cannot find them?

It's my visitors on the websites that inform us, and then we check with your link, for example :

http://ws.geonames.org/postalCodeSearch?placename=08400&maxRows=10&style=full&country=FR

But I'm sure I have tested each of them before posting you theses informations.

May be the service not working all the time correctly ?
Or may be another admin have fixed them at the same time ?

Nobody has touched these records recently and I cannot imagine that the service sometimes does not find them. Maybe you have been searching with a place name and not only the postal code and there are some possible spelling differences.
Next time you cannot find a postal code can you post the exact link that does not return it so that we can debug it.
