how often is the Admin2Codes.txt file regenerated?
I've created an adm2 in Azerbaijan some time ago (Kangarli Rayon, 8014931), and it doesn't appear in this file.

Horad Minsk (625143) has been changed from ADM1 to ADM2, which is wrong.

I tried to put it back to adm1, but I'm not sure the process was completed (ADM1 usually appear under country>ADM1, and here it only appears under country).

Clipperton Island, in the Pacific Ocean, is indicated as an ADMD of France.
It is actually neither a DOM (Departement d'Outre Mer, like Guadeloupe or Reunion), nor a TOM (Territoire d'Outre Mer like St Martin or St Pierre et Miquelon). It is just a "possession" of France, administrated by the French minister of Overseas. Note: nobody's living there.

I would recommend to add a country code for this atoll (FIPS: IP or ISO alpha-2 : CP), make it a dependant political entity, and place it in the Northern American continent.

Ex: Jan Majen airport (6296746) or Losbåten (3041935).

It is impossible to move them into the right "country" since they aren't neighbors.

there are several problems with the CountrySubdivision ws

* it sometimes returns ADMD instead of ADM1.
Ex: Skovde Flygplats (id 6296792, 58.4564 / 13.97267)

The ws returns: Skaraborg (2678206, ADMD) instead of Västra Götaland.

* Answers in XML and JSON may differ:

* results differ whether the maxRows parameter is present or not:

Muḩāfaz̧at al Wafrah (285763) is not an adm1 of Kuwait. It should be deleted.

a new adm1 has been created recently in Hungary: Érd Megyei Város (7603250).

Erd is actually a city with county rights (like 22 other cities) but it belongs to a county and is not an independant territorial unit. So this adm1 entry should be deleted.

2 governorates have been reincorporated in the governorate they detach from some years ago:
* 6th of October => Giza
* Helwann => Cairo

Would it be possible to generate a new one?
