The following are missing timezones:

Asia/Novokuznetsk 6.0 7.0
America/Ojinaga -7.0 -6.0
America/Santa_Isabel -8.0 -7.0
America/Matamoros -6.0 -7.0

Also, I propose adding country codes to the timezones file. I'm attaching a file with the full data.

We are using java and the latest timezones are not yet supported by java:
http://java.sun.com/javase/timezones/tzdata_versions.html

this is not really a problem because on our side we are also not yet supporting the new timezones.

I would prefer not to change the file as it would break the geonames users import scripts. Most programming environments natively support the olson timezone, we don't have to reproduce it in our files.
