Maybe I should open my eyes.

The Admin1Codes.txt does have exactly what I am looking for.


Has anyone seen some odd characters in this file?
I can open the file with utf-8 text encoding and still find a few characters that are not recognized.

You have probably not installed all the fonts for asian languages and your computer cannot display the characters.

Thanks, that makes sense.

Is there a list of the fonts that should be installed to see the complete text?

Hi Bruce

I don't have a list. On Windows there is a package for East Asian languages that is already on the computer and only needs to be unpacked. Use a search engine to find out where exactly to click on your operating system.
