Hi mac,

I was working adding postal codes for Netherlands and found that many rows were missing admin_name1 and admin_code1.
I manually looked for them in wikipedia for the exact match. I attach the file to this post.

you have done a great work, you deserve the best for it.

I found an error in guatemala postal codes, those whom start with 02xxx are from admin_name1='DEPTO DE EL PROGRESO' not 'DEPTO DE GUATEMALA'.

All the rest are ok.
