There are missing ADM2's in Metro Manila, PH

National Capital Region [ADM1] http://www.geonames.org/7521311/national-capital-region.html

I found them in Rizal

Rizal [ADM2] http://www.geonames.org/1691591/province-of-rizal.html

I want to move the following to National Capital Region:

Las Piñas http://www.geonames.org/1707175/las-pinas.html
Pateros http://www.geonames.org/1694404/municipality-of-pateros.html
Muntinlupa http://www.geonames.org/1699077/muntinglupa.html
Navotas http://www.geonames.org/1697851/navotas.html
Taguig http://www.geonames.org/1684309/taguig.html
Valenzuela http://www.geonames.org/1680103/valenzuela.html

Please explain how to update these.
