Is it possible to find all countries, cities, and postal codes for a certain timezone? If so how?

You can download the main GeoNames dump and group the data by the timezone field to get countries and cities. The postal code dump does not yet contain timezone information.

But if I have the countries/cities, can I not look up their postal codes solving the issue of knowing all postal codes in a certain timezone?
