Hi!

Maybe there is something I dont userstand yet but in CANADA->Quebec for example

5898138 | Beloeil | P | PPL
8674040 | Beloeil | A | ADM3
6138759 | Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil | P | PPL
8672893 | Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil | A | ADM3

As far as I know These are City so P - PPL

I dont understand why they are flagged A - ADM3

In the geotree.geonames.org I can't reach them
Canada->Quebec->Montéregie then I get all ADM3 which I beleive I should get the PPL instead. And I notice all the ADM3 are recently added

Is this correct ?
