Hello.
I am developing a tool with geonames data.
This data is amazing.
I am doing fine with US data so far.

I am working with data on Paris right now.
Then realized that info is not so detailed.
No street names.

For example, Orsay Museum's add is
1 rue de Bellechasse
75007 Paris

However, with geonames DB, it is only
Orsay Museum
France » Île-de-France » Département de Ville-de-Paris

Is there any other DB you know which has more detailed add info about Paris?

I am also hoping to find good add data for Taiwan.

I'm looking for similar database too, but for whole world.

If you need just data for Paris, I think the easiest way is to create it by yourself. You can find free data at wiki pages.
