incorrect lat/long for Debary, FL 32753  XML

So before I started using this data dump for my program, I'm comparing against an older program I have and something looked incorrect.

Going from Orlando, FL (32839) to Debary, FL (32753) it was showing as a 500+ mile difference. They are very close to each other only 2 counties away. (approx 28.15 miles based on the other Debary zip of 32713)

There are 2 Debary, FL codes:
32713 - Debary, FL Volusia County Lat: 28.8846 / Long -81.3065
32753 - Debary, FL Jefferson County Lat: 35.0704 / Long -85.0055

So the second Debary is showing the wrong coordinates for the zip because it's supposed to be in Volusia County as well.
