First, my immense gratitude to everyone who has built up this database to what it is! I'm just beginning to use it and am so impressed.

I'm surprised to see that cities1000.txt contains only 128 cities for South Korea. Is this because the population is listed as zero for most of them?

I think I read in another thread that cities1000.txt includes capitals (PPLA*, PPLC) regardless of population. So, if I wanted to grab all the other cities in KR.zip, would it be sufficient just to get everything with feature code PPL?
