I am using the neighborhood reverse geocoding function but can seem to get a single successful results. Below are some examples

What am I doing wrong? These are all in the New York State area. Is this available on the FREE service?

the neighborhood service returns the neighborhood for big cities. Your coordinates are in the middle of nowhere. There are simply no neighborhoods at this location. You should use a different service, like the findNearbyPlaceName or the findNearbyPostalCodes
