I'm trying to use the rssToGeoRSS service with the country parameter but it does not seem to restrict the geocoding to the country I specify. Here is the url I am using

http://api.geonames.org/rssToGeoRSS?feedUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fnews.google.com%2Fnews%2Ffeeds%3Fhl%3Des%26gl%3Dpe%26q%3Dprotestas%2Bmineras%2Bperu%26bav%3Don.2%2Cor.r_qf.%26bvm%3Dbv.43287494%2Cd.dmQ%26biw%3D1680%26bih%3D806%26um%3D1%26ie%3DUTF-8%26output%3Drss&username=myUserName&feedLanguage=es&country=PE

Any suggestions
