Reposting this question again, previously I have posted it here: http://forum.geonames.org/gforum/posts/list/2720.page 3 days ago, but unfortunately haven't got any answer on my question.

So this is initial question I've aked:
I'm getting the same error when I'm trying to add missing district for Zakarpattia Oblast, UA - it's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uzhhorod_Raion which seems to be forgotten. I wanted to edit it, but then realized that I couldn't find it. Can you please check and raise permissions for me if necessary?

Also, is that possible to get permissions to be able to add new districts?
I'd like to make base more accurate, but without permissions there's hardly I can do that. I've also realized that admin2Codes.txt contains completely wrong data for Ukraine - is there any way to edit it or it is generated based on main data automatically and no actions required to update it?
