Is it possible to download all of the states/cities/zips in all one download? If so, how would I do that?

Hi!

I used this database:
http://download.geonames.org/export/dump/allCountries.zip
(1,6Go decompressed for more than 8 million records).

Found here: http://download.geonames.org/export/dump/

If it's not the best one, I'm also interested to know
