The following call returns America/St_Lucia, but should return Europe/Oslo, I believe:

http://api.geonames.org/timezone?lat=60.3907&lng=5.0486&username=demo

The problem appears to be localized: locations just N/S/E/W of this return the correct value.

Is this the correct place to report the problem?
