Hi Guys,

I have found GEO data for download here: http://download.geonames.org/export/zip/. Would it be possible to develop the following service: http://www.geonames.org/export/web-services.html#findNearbyPostalCodes. If so I would also be most grateful for any pointers on the best approach to take.
