Hi,
I've found a duplicate in the Geonames database - Brunswick, Victoria, Australia is listed twice:
http://www.geonames.org/2155022/brunswick.html
http://www.geonames.org/2173741/brunswick.html
This is the exact same suburb and these two should be merged. I tried deleting one but got an error that my userlevel was not sufficient.
Thanks!

Thanks, I have deleted the administrative division.

Hi,
Is there a strategy to handle duplicates and to map identifiers to each other? I think about using the GeoNames ID as an identifier and it must be sure that it remains stable.
