Hi,

When trying to get the neighbors of an island, instead of returning an empty list I get a huge list of unrelated places.

Examples:
http://api.geonames.org/neighbours?country=FJ&username=demo
http://api.geonames.org/neighbours?country=AU&username=demo

Both requests return 8298764 matches instead of 0.
