Languages not supported by UTF-8  XML

Hi.
I'm using your DB & it's great, I made everything possible to make the best environment for UTF-8 character set.
But I found that very small languages that are used in alternative names are being shown as ܐܠܟܣܢܕܪܝܐ .
How can I fix this?

How do you think it's broken? Are you getting boxes for the characters? If so, then your computer doesn't have a complete UTF-8 character set, as I'm seeing what appears to be proper letters from a language with an alphabet not derived from the Roman/Latin alphabet.

No, UTF-8 is supported, so all names are existed but only one language.
for instance, alternative names for Alexandria,Egypt are stored like that:-

There are one name that appears like "ܐܠܟܣܢܕܪܝܐ".
How can I fix it?

Again. What is wrong with this?
It looks to me like the correct spelling in Aramaic.
