From what i understand PPL and PPLA locations are not supposed to duplicate locations.

The following two geonameids appear to be duplicates of one another:
http://www.geonames.org/5856195/honolulu.html (PPLA)
http://www.geonames.org/7262719/honolulu.html (PPL)

With the latter being the duplicate.
