GeoNames Forum

Hi,

In order to put nearest location name to IPTC tags of georeferenced photos, I tried to use Geosetter, which is fed by Geonames, as far as I know. The result is only 1 out of maybe 10 queries result with correct city and in most cases its bringing a city name at 500-1000km away. What can be wrong ? My photos taken in Turkey and they are placed correctly both on geosetter and picasa maps.
