I'm trying to figure out what the best way is to find the 10 highest magnitude earthquakes within the past 12 months, and I'm having a hard time figuring it out.
Does anyone have any pointers they could give me to help me out?

Hi! I have the same question, have you found out the correct point for that?
I think is something like this:
http://api.geonames.org/earthquakesJSON?north=90&south=-90&east=180&west=-180&maxRows=15&date=2013-01-09&username=demo.
However, I am not sure.
