Hi,
Here is a case that I can not explain.

The following query returns no results:
http://api.geonames.org/postalCodeSearchJSON?&maxRows=10&country=FR&username=username&placename_startsWith=Saint-Mag

whereas the following query returns a result:
http://api.geonames.org/postalCodeSearchJSON?&maxRows=10&country=FR&username=username&placename=Saint-Magne

Does anyone have an explanation?
