I'm trying to figure out the number of credits needed to do a timezone lookup, but it isn't listed in the table under '/exports/credits' .

However a 'geonamesData.js' entry is listed, but searching the site for any reference as to what that is has come up empty (from my tries anyway).

Can somebody clarify that for me?
