Hello,
My customers must complete an online account application.
We currently subscribe to a US postal database, our customers enter their zip code, and we then do a lookup and populate their city and state in the application.
I would like to provide this functionality for the rest of the world.
IS geonames data suitable for this?
My main question is how often is the database updated? I have noticed that if we do not update the US database regularly, new zip codes are created and not accounted for.
