In the entry for the Aland Islands, the "neighbours" field is empty and the "EquivalentFipsCode" holds the value "FI" which is incorrect.

"neighbours" should hold "FI" and the "EquivalentFipsCode" field should be empty.

I believe I made a mistake in my earlier post in that Aland Island should actually have an "EquivalentFipsCode" of "FI", so please ignore it.
