I tried to add "USSR" (short form) to 8354411 Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
The edit UI told me "please don't use upper case only" and prevented me from entering this form. But acronyms are properly entered in upper case!
This "artificial intelligence" could be a warning, but not an error.

BTW, added СССР (short form in Russian) without problem. So it doesn't recognize all-uppercase Cyrillic strings
