I'm currently looking for a database of city districts or boroughs. It looks like this database might contain this info but I'm not entirely sure. For example all of the neighborhoods in London as well as delineating between London proper and the outskirts.
The official UK administrative divisions as provided by Ordnance Survery are included and complete with the hiearchical relations. Neighbourhoods are also included, but provided by users and certainly not complete.
