Hello guys
I've take a look on the website and forums, but I didn't find every information I am looking for. Here is my questions
Is there any limitations with the free service ?
In a premium account, is there any way to monitor credits use and lefts ?
When i'm testing my application, how can I use geoname without spending all my credits ?

the rss to georss conversion has a limit of 20 items:
http://www.geonames.org/rss-to-georss-converter.html
the usage of the free services is limited to 30000 credits per day and 2000 credits per hour:
http://www.geonames.org/export/
the premium account has charts with the usage rate and an xml service to query the used and remaining credits.

With a premium account, are we still limited to 20 items in a RSS feed for GeoRSS conversion ?

The default limit of 20 can be increased to 50 with the parameter maxRows. For the premium account up to 200. The higher premium limit is a new feature and only available with the next deployment in about a month.
