Since january 22, 2010, the french guiana has adopted a new flag:

Flag in geotree or http://www.geonames.org/countries/GF/french-guiana.html, should be updated

I may have speak too quickly.

In fact, the French guiana has chosen officially a flag (the one indicated in my previous post), and the latter is raised beside the french flag, and the european flag

=> In brief, I don't know if the official flag is the new one or still the french one...

I've checked for all other dom-tom of France, and the french flag is the official one for all those (even if they may have other flags, they're not official)

=> Maybe you should touch nothing...

And last thing, for Guyana (GY) http://www.geonames.org/countries/GY/guyana.html, different from French Guiana (GF) http://www.geonames.org/countries/GF/french-guiana.html, the flag seems to be this one:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_Guyana.svg

which is different than the one on http://www.geonames.org/countries/GY/guyana.html

The last point was my mistake. I was in a hurry and updated the wrong iso country code with the flag after reading your first posting. The modifications of the flags have been reverted.
