Dear Reader,

how do I get the city containing this library

http://ws.geonames.net/hierarchy?username=...&geonameId=8449458

By a nearby query???

NB: There seem to be a lot of administrative units, which should be cities:
http://ws.geonames.net/hierarchy?geonameId=2896468&username=...

And this one seems to be bogus:
http://ws.geonames.net/hierarchy?geonameId=2865682&username=...
Neuenheim is a part of Heidelberg (city), so why there is just an "administrative unit" Heidelberg above?
