Hello,

2 governorates have been reincorporated in the governorate they detach from some years ago:
* 6th of October => Giza
* Helwann => Cairo

6th of October has been deleted yesterday, Helwann should follow (and their points moved to the right adm1).

Thanks. The adm has been deleted and the other features have been updated with the adm1 code.
