I have a platinum account, 5m queries, and I have set a username and token. When I make queries, e.g.

http://ws.geonames.org/findNearbyJSON?lat=40.673366&lng=-73.974412&username=xxx

I get the following time out:

{"status":{"message":"ERROR: canceling statement due to statement timeout","value":12}}

The same query with findnearbyPostalCodesJSON works...

For both queries though, my account never gets debited for the queries I make...

I also get HTTP 503's on a regular basis...

Anyone can help?
