What is wrong with these numbers?

it is obviously that postalcode 46375 does not fit between 1010 and 9991.
In AT there are only 4 digit postal codes!

the number refers to the postal code placename combination. Postal codes can be used in several places. In the meantime there is a data update for Austria and only the main places are included in the extract.
