The real time update is working fine. However, at the moment the free servers are overloaded with too many requests. We have to change the way the credit limit is working and switch to an application identification instead of counting the credits per ip address to deal with the growing number of smart phone users.
I'm using the paid webservice. The issues started around December 8. The mentioned location (Ibergeregg) still isn't available via the commercial webservice:
The overload of the free service does not interfere with the premium services.
For the premium services we use the premium data that is released once per month. If you want to access the most recent data then you can access a different server/domain name. I will send you the domain name in a private message.
