Hello,

I experiment the same difficulties. is it possible to contact an administrator to know if it is aware of the problem and if he can solve it?

The server is currently offline because of a disk crash. It will take some hours.
Don't forget the sponsoring opportunity if you want to help improve the situation:

the faulty disk was exchanged and the raid sync is running. I have taken the server offline for this otherwise it will never terminate as the server load during normal operation is too high.
