hi, i have some problem with the encoding, all my site is in UTF8, your site too, but there are some destination that have encoding problems, i think ...

for example, this:
http://ws.geonames.org/get?geonameId=3964856&style=full

here:
http://www.geonames.org/maps/google_-13.078_-73.939.html
in the bottom there are some places with the same problem.

in the dump of mysql have the same problem, i try to resolve this but i cant find any fix because in the most places i get the correct encoding, but, i someones not.

They are already wrong in the geonames database, even previous they were already wrong in a datasource used by geonames.
