I know I can do this quite easily using the ExtendedFindNearby. But I can only do that 5,000 credits per hour.

I would like to implement my own ExtendedFindNearby, so I can query my own database 50,000 times per hour if necessary.

How is it done? Do I have to write something that can draw out the polygon of the County borders, and then determine if a Lat/Long is within those borders?
