Is there any way to avoid repeated entries in the database? For example:

1147949 Ābtū Abtu Abtu,Autu,Awtu,Ābtu 34.57861 66.72333 P PPL AF 05 0 3358 Asia/Kabul 2009-11-28
1149456 Ābtū Abtu Abtu 34.87639 67.53111 P PPL AF AF 05 0 3079 Asia/Kabul 2005-09-07
1149457 Ābtu Abtu Abtu 34.47139 66.9725 P PPL AF AF 05 0 2922 Asia/Kabul 2005-09-15

The entry "Ābtū" is repeated three times, all the three are "PPL", region "05" of "AF". I suppose they are the same. Anybody knows a way of filtering this repeated villages?

There are a lot of real places having the same name like another place not far away. It is possible that these three villages are real, it is also possible that some or more of them a duplicates. If somebody here knows for sure about duplicates then they will be deleted.
