the request http://ws.geonames.org/weatherJSON?north=51.2&south=51.0&east=13.6&west=14 should give the weather condition of ICAO=EDDC (Dresden, Germany), but the result is an array of the weather from other locations.

any idea?

the answer is correct. With your parameters you exclude Dresden from the result as you are asking from east=13.6 to west=14, which is around the globe in the opposite direction. If you want to include Dresden you have to switch the two numbers.
