Some changes to the RDF documents have been deployed today.

There is a new attribute 'countryCode' that contains the ISO country code. The previous objectProperty "inCounty" is deprecated and will be removed.

The RDF documents now also contain meta-data about the document itself, like license information and creation/modification dates.

The RDF dump has not yet been updated.

Other changes to the ontology:
"#name" and "#alternateName" declared as subproperties of skos:prefLabel and skos:altLabel respectively, hence no more need for the "Full" ontology present in version 2.0. Only one ontology file.

Updated list of feature codes (671) with only english names and definitions in this field. Mappings from codes to external resources (GEMET) are removed.
