I did some futzing around with my code and now I can no longer access the service. First try after the code changes I had forgotten to put my username parameter back in and got the "urgent, contact etc.." message. Now I cannot reach the server with or without the username parameter. I am trying to get to TimeZone with the following...

http://ws.geonames.org/timezoneJSON?username=myusername&lat=37.331689&lng=-122.030731

It looks good to me. Plugging this into my browser does not work either.

Could the server be down again?

Never mind. It must have been temporary as it is working find now.

the backup and daily dump process is running at this time it could cause temporarily high load on the server.
