Greetings Marc -

Wikipedia checked entry.

There is no "PPLC" entry for Mata-Utu.

There is a "PPLA" entry for "Matâ'utu" / "Mata'utu".

Sometime ago we have changed the feature code for the 'country' from ADM1 (belongs to France) to PCLD. It would have been consequent to also change the capital from ppla to pplc. I have changed it now.
