Hi:

In file admin1CodesASCII.txt, the first division Bangkok is like that:

TH. Bangkok Bangkok 1609348

For geoname Bangkok (town), his administrative division is:
TH.40

That is to say: 40 is not in file admin1CodesASCII.txt
