there are 7 obsolete states in Nigeria:

* North-Western State (id: 2328715)
* Benue State (id: 2347266)
* Bendel State (id: 2597362)
* Western State (id: 2319026)
* East-Central State (id: 234416
Christophe had already changed them from ADM1 into ADMD. I have now deleted them and added the year they ceased to exist in the comment, so that if we ever want to have historic features with a timeline we can get them back.
