Hi,

Admin1 in Georgia are not correct. There are 12 of them, as listed below (with HASC, ISO, FIPS when available and GeoNamesId):

So all 12 regions are already present on GeoNames as "Administrative divisions", but are not flagged as "1st level admin divisions" (except for Abkhazia, Ajaria, Samegrelo-Zemo Svateni and K'alak'i T'bilisi).

Note: several names are marked as [provisional] but look fine to me.

Status for other actual admin1 entries:
* Ch'khorotsqus Raioni (615141): admin2 under Samegrelo-Zemo Svateni
* Martvilis Raioni (613064): admin2 under Samegrelo-Zemo Svateni
* Zugdidis Raioni (610823): admin2 under Samegrelo-Zemo Svateni
* T’bilisis Mkhare (613064) has disappeared
