The following timezones are currently in use in the geonames all countries data but do not have details in in the timezones text file

Name, Offset, DST Offset

('America/Montreal',-5,-4),
('America/Shiprock',-7,-6),
('Asia/Harbin',8,,
('Asia/Kashgar',8,,
('Asia/Chongqing',8,,
('Antarctica/South_Pole',12,12)

These duplicate timezoneIds have been deleted from the iana timezone database and consequently also from geonames.
